Career Opportunities seeks a Psychological Health Coordinator PHC to support Florida Army National Guard. The role promotes psychological health resilience, coordinates behavioral health resources, and provides case management for Soldiers, with outreach and follow-up to ensure care continuity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied social/behavioral sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical mental health or related practice.
• Florida license in good standing in the applicable discipline.
• Experience with military culture is preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide non clinical case management and care coordination for Soldiers.
• Coordinate referrals to military and civilian behavioral health resources.
• Conduct outreach and monitor case progress to support treatment adherence.
• Collaborate with commanders, medical personnel, chaplains, and readiness staff.
• Deliver trainings on resilience, stress management, and suicide prevention.
• Maintain case documentation and program metrics per contract requirements.
