Goldbelt Glacier Health Services is seeking a professional to oversee the Psychological Health Program, ensuring mental fitness and operational readiness for Soldiers and their families. The role encompasses supervising clinical staff, providing consultative services, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Social Work and relevant clinical experience. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Must have experience working in a complex organizational environment.
• At least two years of quality experience consulting with management on mental health matters.
• Experience in clinical social work, either through a master’s-level practicum or 2 years post-MSW experience.
• Graduate from an Accredited School of Social Work.
• License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
• Able to travel throughout assigned regions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee clinical policies, procedures, and practice.
• Deliver quality consultative, referral, and case management services.
• Provide telephone supervision to assigned RDPHs.
• Discuss priority cases during supervision.
• Review randomly selected case records quarterly.
