Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
• Must score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies.
• Deliver clear, compelling messages, probe needs, handle objections and close with action.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support account plans.
• Apply market and therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities and prioritize efforts.
• Navigate reimbursement dynamics and comply with regulatory requirements.
