Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science sales preferred with strong leadership and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and adapt selling style to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales performance.
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and solve their needs.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategies.
