Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center, Department of Graduate Medical Education, seeks a Program Coordinator II to support the Psychiatry Residency in Bryan, Texas. You will work with the program director to manage daily operations, curriculum delivery, and accreditation readiness.

The role includes coordinating resident/faculty scheduling, recruitment, and LMS administration, with emphasis on compliance with ACGME and LCME standards and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of residency program, medical education, or undergraduate education program coordination experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years of residency program or medical education coordination experience; psychiatry or behavioral health preferred.
• Current certification from Training Administrators for Graduate Medical Education (C-TAGME) is a plus.
• Experience with learning management systems including New Innovations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the psychiatry residency program in line with ACGME, ABPN, TMB, and other standards.
• Oversee resident and faculty scheduling to meet educational objectives and clinical operations.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding for residents and faculty.
• Serve as LMS administrator and coordinate training for faculty and residents.
