Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross within new hire period.
• STNA certification preferred.
• Prior nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and care tasks.
• Document care in patient records accurately.
• Maintain unit cleanliness and organize patient spaces.
• Assist with rounds and report changes to RN/LPN.
• Operate equipment and ensure patient safety during rounds.
