Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial activity within in-field teams to ensure targets are reached for increasing sales within an assigned geography.
• Create, implement, and communicate District Sales Plan and monitor progress.
• Coordinate in-field activity to achieve results and agreed-upon targets; maximize market, segment, and team dynamics.
• Ensure smooth, collaborative efforts in day-to-day and long-term business execution; set tone and pace for business processes.
• Understand and present market and franchise perspective; lead in-field meetings with product and disease state mastery.
• Coach, mentor, educate and develop team members; hold direct reports accountable.
• Provide direction and insights to key internal partners in business planning.
