Job summary

Trinity Health Riverside - Minot, ND is seeking an experienced Psychiatry Clinic LPN to provide patient-centered care in an outpatient behavioral health setting. You will assist with intake, vitals, medication administration, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective treatment plans.

Under supervision of providers and RNs, you will document assessments in the EHR, support patient education on medications and follow-up plans, and help maintain organized clinic

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in ND or compact endorsement.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic health records and CPT coding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake with vitals, mental health check-ins, medication reviews, and preparation for psychiatric evaluations.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring, including long-acting injectable medications.
• Document assessments and patient communications in the EHR to support coordinated care.
• Educate patients on medication adherence and follow-up plans.
