Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Experience in outpatient behavioral health or psychiatric settings preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric nursing assessments and support care plans.
• Assist with medication administration and monitor for adverse effects.
• Coordinate testing, referrals, and follow-up appointments for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on medications, symptoms, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, and care coordinators for safe transitions.
• Engage in quality initiatives and maintain competency in clinic workflows.
