This role conducts focused patient assessments, assists with medication management processes, and delivers education to support stabilization, coping strategies, and long-term wellness. Working collaboratively with psychiatric providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary care partners, the RN helps coordinate care, support timely follow-up, and monitor patient progress. The position functions within a supportive, team-based behavioral health environment where communication, compassion, and collaboration are essential.
