Job summary

Synthires is seeking board-certified psychiatrists to evaluate healthcare AI models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and assess AI-generated responses to clinical questions in psychiatry, aiming to improve clinical accuracy, patient safety, and alignment with current standards of care.

Responsibilities include comparing two AI responses for strength, writing structured rationales, and flagging errors that could impact patient safety.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABMS/AOA).
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship as required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after training.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of post-training clinical experience.
