Job summary

Synthires, a leading AI lab, seeks board-certified psychiatrists to evaluate AI models for clinical accuracy and safety. Contractors review de-identified charts and judge AI responses in psychiatry, providing rationales to improve rigor and alignment with care standards.

Requirements include MD/DO, board certification in Psychiatry, an active U.S. medical license, and current practice in the United States. Remote, part-time engagement with flexible hours and compensation at $150 per hour.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry by an ABMS member board or AOA.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after completing training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated psychiatry responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and adherence to current standards of care.
• Review patient charts and compare two AI-generated responses to determine which is stronger.
• Write structured rationales assessing clinical rigor, completeness, and clarity.
• Identify and flag errors that could compromise patient safety.
