Synthires is seeking board-certified psychiatrists to evaluate healthcare AI models. Contractors will review de-identified patient charts and compare AI-generated responses to clinical questions in psychiatry to improve clinical accuracy and patient safety.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, safety, and adherence to standards of care; writing structured rationales; and flagging potential safety issues. Remote, part-time engagement with compensation at $150 per hour.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Completed residency and fellowship training where required.
• Currently practicing and seeing patients in the United States.
• At least one year of independent practice after completing training.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of post-training clinical experience.
• Experience evaluating clinical information and applying evidence-based medical judgment.

Compensation

• $150 per hour.
