Centurion Health seeks a Psychiatrist to join the team at Wilcox State Prison in Abbeville, GA. This part-time role focuses on behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment within a multidisciplinary correctional setting.

The physician will need an MD/DO, board certification or eligibility, an active license, and DEA registration, with credentialing and background checks required.

We are currently seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join our team at Wilcox State Prison located in Abbeville, Georgia.

The Psychiatrist works within a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
• Ability to pass credentialing and background check
