Endeavor Health Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is seeking a board-eligible/board-certified Psychiatrist for inpatient, PHP/IOP, and ambulatory settings in Naperville and western suburbs. This full-time role involves comprehensive assessments, evidence-based medication management, and collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team in a recovery-oriented, patient-centered model.

Qualifications

• Completion of a psychiatric residency in an ACGME accredited program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active medical license in Illinois and controlled substances license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and medical histories to diagnose and plan care.
• Provide evidence-based evaluation and medication management for mood, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with psychologists, nurses, and social workers for coordinated care.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer and manage psychotropic medications per regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and plans per policies.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning sessions.
• Educate patients and families and promote mental health awareness.
• Stay informed on advances in psychiatric care through ongoing development.
