Qualifications

• DEA registration required.
• Board certification or board eligible in Psychiatry required.
• Current Illinois medical license required or pending.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership and psychiatric treatment to PHP/IOP and outpatient clinic.
• Work on-site 5 days per week with PHP/IOP and clinic patients.
• Supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer and manage psychotropic medications and therapies.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning sessions.
• Educate and support patients and families, promoting mental health awareness.
• Stay informed about advancements in psychiatric care through ongoing development.
