Qualifications

• DEA registration required
• Board certification or Board eligible in Psychiatry
• Current Illinois medical license required or pending

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership and psychiatric treatment to a PHP/IOP program and a psychiatric outpatient clinic on-site five days per week
