Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in the United States. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications in a supportive environment.

Onsite Deep TMS and ketamine therapy are available with a skilled team. The role offers a flexible 4–5 day schedule, extensive benefits, and opportunities to participate in clinical research and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible psychiatrists with ABPN credentials.
• Active medical license in the United States or ability to obtain one.
• Unencumbered DEA license and clean professional background.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a trained support team.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

The Role

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
