Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Austin, TX seeks a Psychiatrist to join our outpatient team with Deep TMS and ketamine therapy on site. You will practice at the top of your license in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and evidence-based treatments.

The ideal candidate is Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPN) with an active license and a clean background. We offer a competitive base salary of $300,000 plus incentives, no on-call requirements, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a trained team.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives.

The Role

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
