Serenity Healthcare in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient-only role. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and manage medications, including on-site Deep TMS and ketamine therapy with a skilled support team.

This position offers a high base salary with incentives, no on-call requirements, and strong clinical and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

The Role
