Job summary

Serenity Healthcare, founded by a psychiatrist, seeks a Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role in the United States. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans while leveraging Deep TMS and ketamine therapies with strong clinical support.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you'll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a highly trained support team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain
• Unencumbered DEA license
• Clean background
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
