Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Parker, CO is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient-only role. You’ll conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide Deep TMS/ketamine therapies with a strong support team.

Salary starts at $300,000 with incentives and total compensation up to $450,000+, no on-call, comprehensive benefits, and annual provider retreats in exotic locations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• Clean background.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a trained team.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives.

The Role

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
