Job summary

Serenity Health Care in Richardson, TX is seeking a Psychiatrist for a full-time, outpatient-only practice. You’ll deliver evidence-based psychiatry, including Deep TMS and ketamine therapy, with strong clinical and administrative support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active state medical license or willingness to obtain.
• Unencumbered DEA license.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Provide Deep TMS and ketamine therapy onsite with a trained team.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Optional involvement in clinical research and innovation initiatives.

The Role

As a psychiatrist at Serenity, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, innovative environment:

No prior TMS or ketamine experience required — training and support provided.
