Job summary

Monte Nido is seeking a Psychiatrist for Rosewood Ranch in Wickenburg, AZ. The role involves conducting initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are board-eligible or certified in General/Adult Psychiatry, and have an active license or are license-eligible. Experience with inpatient/outpatient care and BLS/CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in General/Adult Psychiatry; Child/Adolescent Fellowship preferred.
• Active and unrestricted medical license (or license-eligible).
• Comfort working in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Must hold BLS/CPR prior to starting work; training can be arranged if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and weekly follow-up sessions with psychotropic medication management.
• Maintain current and proper progress notes.
• Collaborate with the full treatment team and provide input for discharge planning.
• Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with all standards and oversight requirements.

We are seeking a Psychiatrist to work at Rosewood Ranch located in Wickenburg, AZ.
