Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates seeks a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join Rosewood Ranch in Wickenburg, AZ. This on-site, full-time role requires Monday-Friday coverage with flexibility and provides a comprehensive benefits package as part of our Total Rewards program.

Responsibilities include initial psychiatric evaluations, weekly follow-ups, and psychotropic management in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (PMHNP track) from an accredited program.
• ANCC PMHNP board certification.
• Current APRN or PCNS license or eligibility.
• CPR / BLS certification prior to providing services.
• New graduates welcome; clinical rotations/experience counted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial Psychiatric evaluations.
• Meet weekly with patients for ongoing follow-up sessions.
• Maintain current and correct progress notes.
• Psychotropic medication management.
• Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed.
• Communicate with referring providers and family members as appropriate.
• Provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning.
• Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility, and practice within the scope of a PMHNP.
• Answer urgent questions from team when not on-site and/or after hours.
• Average census of 20 clients to see 1-2 times/week.
• Provide Psychiatric Assessments and follow-up medication management visits, participate in treatment team meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, conduct insurance peer to peer reviews as needed

We are seeking an Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to work at Rosewood Ranch located in Wickenburg, AZ.

This is an FT position requiring onsite care Monday-Friday with flexibility.

• Board Certified by the ANCC as PMHNP.
• Current license as APRN or PCNS, or be license‑eligible.
• Must hold or obtain CPR / BLS certificate prior to providing services.
• New graduates are welcome; experience is highly desired, and we considerclinical rotations and/or practica to be clinical experience.
