Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is recruiting a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join Rosewood Ranch in Wickenburg, AZ. This full-time, on-site position supports adults and adolescents with eating disorders within an integrated, multidisciplinary team.

The role includes psychiatric evaluations, weekly follow-ups, medication management, and discharge planning input, with after-hours on-call as needed. A competitive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in advanced practice nursing (PMHNP track) from an accredited program.
• ANCC PMHNP board certification is required.
• Current APRN or PCNS license or eligible for licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification prior to providing services.
• New graduates welcome; clinical rotations count as experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations.
• Meet weekly with patients for ongoing follow-up sessions.
• Maintain current and accurate progress notes.
• Psychotropic medication management.
• Collaborate with the full treatment team as needed.
• Communicate with referring providers and family when appropriate.
• Provide input for discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and scope of practice.
• Respond to urgent questions from the team after hours as needed.
• Manage an average census of 20 clients with 1–2 visits per week.

We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.

We are seeking an Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to work at Rosewood Ranch located in Wickenburg, AZ.

This is an FT position requiring onsite care Monday-Friday with flexibility.

• Provide patient-specific input for Discharge Planning.
• Maintain compliance with all standards set by agencies with oversight of this facility, and practice within the scope of a PMHNP.
• Answer urgent questions from team when not on-site and/or after hours.
• Average census of 20 clients to see 1-2 times/week.
• Provide Psychiatric Assessments and follow-up medication management visits, participate in treatment team meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, conduct insurance peer to peer reviews as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing on a PMHNP track, at minimum, from an accredited program.
• Board Certified by the ANCC as PMHNP.
• Current license as APRN or PCNS, or be license-eligible.
• Must hold or obtain CPR / BLS certificate prior to providing services.
• New graduates are welcome; experience is highly desired, and we considerclinical rotations and/or practica to be clinical experience.
