Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward incoming telephone calls, convey messages, and respond to information requests.
• Ensure disposition of laboratory and diagnostic reports.
• Assemble discharge charts and file materials in patient records.
• Order and monitor unit supplies.
• Assist RN with transcription of physician orders.
• Assist with obtaining medical records.
• Enter and ensure accuracy of data into computer.
