Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a Psychiatric Technician for the McCann Treatment Center in Bethel. The role supports 24-hour client care, promotes safety, and participates in therapeutic activities with clients and families.

A sign-on bonus of $4,000 is offered; position requires CPR/First Aid and a valid Alaska driver's license within 90 days of hire. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, ability to document progress, and work in a residential treatment

To provide a healthy, safe structured environment; engage clients and families in a therapeutic alliance; provide therapeutic interventions as directed; function as an active member of the McCann staff. Assist with escorting clients within Bethel and outside of Bethel, when needed. Expected to be an active participant in client social, educational and therapeutic activities. Must be able to take direction and have a commitment to learning.**Position Qualifications:*** High school diploma or GED.
