Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related human service field required.
• Minimum one year experience in a related field and knowledge of severe mental illness.
• All clearances required by OMHSAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead psycho-educational groups to foster peer interaction and treatment goals.
• Assist residents in building life skills for independent living.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Support residents with household tasks and daily living skills.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Contribute to a therapeutic environment with opportunities for advancement.
