Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR certification required on hire.
• PMT certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessments and reassessments of patient condition and care needs.
• Assesses and reassesses pain and educates patient/family on pain management.
• Develops and revises individualized treatment plans and evaluates daily.
• Observes medication rights and ensures safe pharmacologic administration.
• Documents nursing process and patient responses in timely charting.
• Collaborates with treatment team to meet patient care needs.
