Pasadena Villa – The Grove is seeking an experienced RN to join our residential psychiatric treatment team. You will assess, monitor, and document patients' health and mental status, administer medications, and coordinate medical services to support healing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, and care staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and ensure high-quality care throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current RN license in Virginia.
• Previous experience in behavioral health care strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides a comprehensive nursing assessment identifying client medical needs.
• Records and transcribes physician orders and administers medications.
• Coordinates pharmacy and laboratory orders, delivery, and refills.
• Maintains security of controlled medications and accurate recording.
• Documents nursing assessments and daily notes in Sunwave in a timely manner.
