Job summary

Pasadena Villa – The Grove in Locust Grove, VA seeks a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift to provide evidence-based, client-centered care in a residential behavioral health setting. The RN collaborates with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure safe and therapeutic treatment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current Virginia RN license.
• Behavioral health experience preferred.
• Night shift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
• Transcribe and communicate physician orders; administer medications.
• Monitor clients' health and mental status; coordinate care.
• Administer meds and injections and manage controlled substances.
• Maintain electronic charting in Sunwave; ensure timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; provide discharge instructions.
• Support infection control and maintain therapeutic environment.
