Southridge Behavioral Hospital, in partnership with Universal Health Services, is seeking a Psychiatric RN for a 16-week temporary night shift assignment (7pm–7:30am) at Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves coordinating patient care with the interdisciplinary team and supervising Mental Health Technicians to ensure safety and quality care.

Education requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and Michigan RN licensure; a minimum of three years in psychiatric care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Oversee and direct Mental Health Technicians to ensure patient safety and needs are met.
