Job summary

Southridge Behavioral Hospital, a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift at our Grand Rapids facility. The RN coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team and oversees Mental Health Technicians to ensure patient safety and quality care.

We offer up to an $8,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, student loan repayment, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care.
• Oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.
