Job summary

Southridge Behavioral Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our new, state-of-the-art facility. The RN will coordinate and evaluate patient care through the interdisciplinary team and support nursing standards of care and practices.

You will oversee and direct Mental Health Technicians on your units to ensure patient safety and needs are met, contributing to a compassionate, evidence-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• RN license issued by the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.
• Oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.
