Job summary

StoneCrest Center East in Mt. Clemens is expanding its psychiatric services and seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations.

You will ensure staffing sufficiency and supervise a diverse care team across units, delivering compassionate, safe care with a focus on regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet residents’ biopsychosocial needs.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and RN license required by state.
• 1+ year of RN experience is strongly preferred.
• 1 year of RN experience in any setting required.
• 1 year in psychiatric or recovery programs preferred.
• Some experience as a charge RN or other leadership position preferred.
• Current CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification is expected per policy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and staffing adequacy.
• Ensure patient safety, timely nursing assessments and documentation.
• Coordinate care with physicians, other departments and families.
• Lead admissions and discharges and communicate changes to physicians.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain chart checks, MARs, logs and nursing records updates.
