StoneCrest Center Behavioral Health Hospital in Mt. Clemens, MI is expanding with a newly renovated satellite campus to serve acute adult patients across multiple units.

The role supports inpatient care and a multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive behavioral health treatment. We are seeking a compassionate social worker to provide evidence-based group therapy, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management while advancing professional growth

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Three or more years' related experience required.
• State licensure (LLMSW/LMSW, LLPC/LPC) required or preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide evidence-based group therapy to inpatients.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a clinical caseload and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Evaluate patient needs and coordinate care transitions.
• Lead and supervise social work interns and coordinate with other clinical staff.
