Job summary

Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a full-time, day-shift role. The nurse will perform professional nursing activities, assess patients, document care, and collaborate with the health team to meet treatment goals.

Expect to maintain patient safety and advocate for patients throughout the care plan. New Employee Retention Bonus of $2,500 is available. CPR certification and state RN licensure are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or required within 30 days.
• Formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days.
• Previous psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial assessments and document as required.
• Provide safe and accurate medication administration with proper verification.
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with the health team.
• Participate in care conferences and coordinate unit activities.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and safety.
