Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in West Allis, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN, RN II, RN III) to provide professional nursing care in inpatient units. The role requires licensure in good standing, CPR certification, and experience in psychiatric settings.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• RN license in good standing with the state.
• CPR certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Aggressive patient management training within 60 days.
• QMP designation may be required at Hospital's discretion.
• Experience with child/adolescent and adult psychiatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and dietitians to develop plans of care.
• Administer medications and document care.
• Communicate with patients and families about care and treatment.
• Assess patients physically and mentally and adjust care plans as needed.

Education

BSN preferred

RN license in good standing

American Heart Association CPR certification
