Rogers Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care on inpatient units in the Mental Health Recovery program (Adult & Adolescent).

The RN collaborates with psychiatrists, therapists and dietitians to create and implement care plans, while ensuring patient safety and family communication. Shifts available PM 3:00pm–11:30pm with a 24 or 32 hour per week schedule; a new employee retention bonus of up to $15,000 applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or required within 30 days of hire.
• Formal training in management of the aggressive patient within 60 days of hire.
• Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents and adults is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Implement patient care.
• Assess patients both physically and mentally.
• Collaborate with Psychiatrist, Therapist, Dietitians, and other clinical team members to develop plans of care.
• Communicate with patients and their families.
• Administer medications.
