View Point Health’s Lawrenceville-based Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) to perform nursing assessments, develop initial care plans, administer medications and deliver crisis intervention services. The role involves coordinating with the treatment team and guardians to ensure quality, patient-centered care for adults in crisis.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN with Georgia RN licensure, prefers 1+ year in behavioral health, and can lift 20 pounds.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher and current Georgia RN license or multistate license.
• Preferred 1+ year of nursing experience, especially in behavioral health.
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop initial care plans.
• Administer medications and provide crisis intervention services.
• Coordinate with guardians, facility, and treatment team.
• Document vitals and maintain electronic health records.
• Provide coverage for breaks and participate in trainings.
• Adhere to safety, PPE, and rights of medication administration.
