Highland Rivers Behavioral Health in Marietta, GA is seeking an RN or LPN to deliver quality nursing care on the Crisis Stabilization Unit, a 24/7 short-term medically monitored unit with 28 beds for psychiatric stabilization and detoxification.

The role involves risk assessment, admissions and discharges, medication administration, charting, and crisis intervention, working with the APRN and CSU Program Manager to ensure safe, confidential care and adherence to HIPAA.

Formación

• Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia.
• Proficient in clinical assessment, care planning, and the delivery of basic nursing services.
• Criminal background check clearance, official transcripts, valid driver’s license/ID, drug screen, TB test, and an eligible 7-year Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing risk assessments and medication administration on CSU.
• Complete admissions and discharge paperwork and develop nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and document progress; report changes to APRN/CSU Manager.
• Maintain chart checks, CIWA, COWS, vitals, and required logs.
• Provide patient and family education and support crisis management.
