RHD Glassport LTSRis a long‑term structured residential program serving eligible adult males between the ages 18 to 65 who are residents of Allegheny County and have been diagnosed with serious mental illness and substance use disorder, or dually‑diagnosed with an intellectual disability. Residents may also have a forensic history.

What You'll Do
As a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker, you will work under the direction of the psychiatric rehabilitation specialist to assist participants to choose, acquire, and maintain the skills they need to successfully transition in from using skills-based and strength-based techniques. Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker will work in collaboration with program therapists, psychiatric rehabilitation facilitator and residents to assist with the implementation of psychiatric rehabilitation plan of care to increase client skill levels through group facilitation and individualized psych rehab activities.
