Resources for Human Development (RHD) is hiring a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker for the New Foundations - Wellsprings and Positive Resolutions programs in the Wellsprings & Positive Resolutions teams. You will support individuals facing behavioral health challenges, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence to achieve personal recovery goals.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will promote recovery-oriented services, document progress in electronic health records, and

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of six months of direct care experience supporting individuals with mental health, substance use, or forensic-related challenges.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to complete required employment screenings, physical examination, and TB testing.
• Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Reliable transportation and state-required automobile insurance.

About New Foundations - Wellsprings & Positive Resolutions

The New Foundations - Wellsprings and Positive Resolutions programs provide supportive behavioral health services designed to empower individuals in their recovery journey. Through person-centered, strength-based approaches, program staff help participants develop independent living skills, improve overall wellness, and successfully engage in their communities.

As a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker, you'll work directly with program participants and interdisciplinary teams to provide rehabilitation services that promote growth, recovery, and independence.

What You’ll Do

As a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Worker, you will:

• Promote recovery-oriented and psychiatric rehabilitation principles.

Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience facilitating groups and skill-building activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practices.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Flexible schedule based on program needs
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required
• Community-based and program-based work environments

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds or more.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs.
• Ability to drive as needed for program activities and community participation.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
