Apis Services, Inc. seeks a Psych Rehab Worker for the Glassport LTSR program in Glassport, PA. You will assist participants to identify and maintain recovery skills, work with therapists, and facilitate group activities under a strong recovery-oriented framework.
You’ll help connect clients to natural supports, schedule appointments, navigate health and court systems, and document encounters using electronic health records, contributing to individualized plans of care.

RHD Glassport LTSR is a long-term structured residential program serving eligible adult males between the ages 18 to 65 who are residents of Allegheny County and have been diagnosed with serious mental illness and substance use disorder, or dually-diagnosed with an intellectual disability. Residents may also have a forensic history. Psych rehabilitation worker will work under the direction of the psych rehab specialist to assist participants to choose, acquire, and maintain the skills they need to successfully transition in from using skills-based and strength-based techniques. PRW will work in collaboration with program therapists, psych rehab facilitator and residents to assist with the implementation of psych rehab plan of care to increase client skill levels through group facilitation and individualized psych rehab activities.
