Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.

• One year of inpatient hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead milieu management in a psychiatric setting.
• Assess patients using the nursing process and formulate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications safely and educate patients on therapies.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in medical records.
• Coordinate with the care team and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
• Follow Joint Commission, federal/state regulations, and internal policies.
