Job summary

Family Care Center in Memphis, TN is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide psychiatric and medical services in an outpatient setting under physician supervision. You will perform evaluations, diagnose, plan, and prescribe within standards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements include NCCPA-approved PA program, active Tennessee PA license, BLS, and at least 1 year in psychiatric/mental health care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an NCCPA-approved PA program.
• 1 year clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health preferred.
• Current, full and unrestricted PA licensure in the state of practice and active DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations to determine diagnoses and care needs.
• Provide psychiatric/medical services under physician supervision.
• Maintain timely, accurate medical records and documentation.
• Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated treatment.
• Assist with treatment planning and care coordination for patients.
