Job summary

Family Care Center in Loveland, CO seeks a Physician Assistant to provide direct psychiatric and medical care in an outpatient setting under physician supervision. You will perform evaluations, coordinate care, and support evidence-based treatment within a multidisciplinary clinic.

The position offers collaboration with licensed therapists, psychiatrists, NPs/PAs, psychologists and more, with opportunities for research and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an NCCPA-approved physician assistant program.
• 1-year clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting preferred.
• Current PA licensure in the practicing state and active DEA license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and coordinates care.
• Provide psychiatric and medical services per standards and regulations.
• Maintain timely medical records and compliant documentation.
• Conduct pharmacologic treatment strategies and monitor medications.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics; collaborate with the team.
• Coordinate care with families, PCPs and other providers; ensure access.
• Support transcranial magnetic stimulation mappings when trained.
