Job summary

Bloomington Meadows Hospital in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily patient care and unit operations. You will work with the Director of Nursing, coordinate with physicians, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role requires an Indiana nursing license, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least three years in a psychiatric or hospital setting. You will lead shifts, manage staff, and support quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• License to practice by Indiana State Board of Nursing.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification, non-violent crisis intervention completion & appropriate use of Seclusion and Restraint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily patient care and unit operations.
• Assist Director of Nursing with compliance to hospital policy and procedures.
• Act as primary receiver of inquiry calls during assigned shifts.
