The role requires an Indiana nursing license, a graduate nursing degree, and at least three years of relevant experience, with CPR/First Aid and crisis intervention certifications expected within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Indiana State Board of Nursing licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• Non-violent crisis intervention within 90 days of employment.
• Medication administration exam must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Primary receiver of inquiry calls during assigned shifts.
• Assist Director of Nursing with policy compliance and daily operations.
• Co-manage programmatic issues, unit staff, patient management and FTEs.

Education
